Calexico Gateway Center
Calexico Gateway Center will consist of over 1.1 million square feet of warehouse, manufacturing and distribution space. Phase 1 will consist of 355,000 SF and is currently under construction. Equipped with “Cool” technology, CGC will have temperature controlled warehouses with power provided by dedicated solar systems for each tenant. CGC will also have designated truck/trailer parking for each tenant. Phase 1 is projected to be completed Fall 2024.
