IRE’s projects list range from large industrial parks, office buildings, retail centers and the latest, the Eastlake Design District, a 450,000 sq. ft Home Fashion Center.

Mr. Vogt began his career in real estate in 1979 as a salesman for Corky McMillin Realty. In 1983, he joined Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate, where he specialized in South Bay commercial real estate.
In 1987, he established International Real Estate ("IRE"). IRE diversified its focus from purely brokerage to project development, real estate investments and property management. Mr. Vogt has developed over 2 million feet of commercial, industrial, office and retail buildings. He oversees the construction, leasing and the property management phase of his developments.
